HackmeOS
Trust no node.
You boot an unlicensed shell, type scan, and nine addresses answer. Some of them are machines. Some of them are other people. HackmeOS is a multiplayer hacking game in a single shared world that keeps running when you close the window — crack servers, take what is on them, hold what you captured, and route your next attack through somebody else's box so the trace ends there instead of at your door.

How it works
One persistent world
No lobbies and no instances. Servers you capture stay captured, files regenerate, and the operator boards remember who took what from whom.
Write your own tools
Loom is a script editor inside the game. Anything you find yourself typing twice becomes a Thread that runs it for you — the only automation in the game is automation you wrote.
PvP with rules
Capture cooldowns, respawn stealth and an owned-server cap are server-side checks, not etiquette. Getting hit costs you something; getting farmed does not happen.
Status
Closed alpha. A desktop build and a browser build share one world — neither is open to sign-ups yet, so there is nothing here to click.
